Biography

She graduated from Law magna cum laude at the Cattolica University of Milan in 2002, with a thesis intitled “La capitalizzazione degli interessi nei contratti di conto corrente bancario”.

She started her practice in forensic and in 2005 she was admitted to the Italian Bar.

She worked in such leading Italian law firms of Milan as Ichino-Brugnatelli e Associati and then Grimaldi Studio Legale, gaining a significant experience in labour and employment law, social security law.

At the same time, she dedicated herself to the academic activity, as a university assistant and lecturer, at the Institute of labour law of the Cattolica University of Milan.

In 2009, she obtained her PhD in labour law and industrial relations, with a thesis intitled “Tutela della professionalità e danno alla persona”.

She is author of several articles in labour law and coauthor of the monograph “I contratti di distribuzione. Agenzia, mediazione, promozione finanziaria, concessione di vendita, franchising. Figure classiche e new economy”, Giuffrè 2006.

In 2014, she carried out her professional path in Alba, Piemonte, extending her fields of activity to civil law, commercial law, intellectual property law, competition law and bankruptcy law.

She is Avocate à la Cour at the Luxembourg Bar Association.

She worked as a Senior Associate in the Litigation Department of a well-known Luxembourg Law firm and she obtained a certification in Luxembourg Labour Law by the “Ministère de l’Éducation Nationale, de l’Enfance et de la Jeunesse” and the Luxembourg “Chambre des Salariés”.

She is a member of the Italian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (CCIL) and of the Employment Law Specialists Association Luxembourg (ELSA).

She is a member of the editorial committee for the reform of the Luxembourg Civil Code.
