The Law Firm offers a day-to-day consultancy to HR services, supporting them in drafting work contracts, settlements, work regulations and policies, in the daily human resources management, with reference, inter alia, to health and safety at work, employee monitoring, protection of employees' personal data, cross-border work, international secondments, identification of the status of a professional as an employee, self-employed or company, etc.

It also carries out labour due diligences, in case of acquisition or transfer of businesses.

Judicial assistance, before both Luxembourg and Italian judicial authorities, concerns any kind of employment, labour and social security dispute, including the reclassification of work contracts, claims for remuneration or higher positions, demotion, harassment, dismissals.
